Timber Rose offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to customize your event to suit your style. Please note, our barn and pavilion do not provide heat or air conditioning, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather on your special day.

At Timber Rose, we provide separate accommodations to ensure both the bride and groom have comfortable and private spaces to prepare for the big day. These dedicated, climate-controlled spaces ensure that both parties can enjoy their day in style and comfort.

• The Guest House: Reserved exclusively for the bride and her party, this air-conditioned space is perfect for relaxing, dressing, and enjoying private moments before the ceremony. It also offers a beautiful setting for pre-wedding photographs and is available for the wedding party throughout the event.
• The Saddle (Gentlemen’s Lounge): This air-conditioned space is designed for the groom and groomsmen, providing a comfortable area for dressing and unwinding before the ceremony.

• Custom Catering: Choose from your favorite food trucks, formal caterers, or casual buffet options to delight your guests.

Timber Rose is committed to ensuring all guests feel welcome and comfortable. Our grounds are fully handicap accessible, with convenient accessible parking and restroom facilities available. We strive to make your special day enjoyable for everyone in attendance.

We understand that pets are part of the family, and at Timber Rose, your pet is welcome to be part of your ceremony and reception. However, please note that pets are not allowed inside the Guest House or Gentlemen’s Lounge. Outdoor spaces are perfect for your furry companions to celebrate alongside you!

At Timber Rose, the safety of our guests is a top priority.

For those who prefer not to drive off the premises at the conclusion of your event, vehicles are permitted to remain overnight. However, to help us ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests, please note the following:

• Vehicles must be removed from the property between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM the following morning.
• Any vehicle remaining after 10:00 AM may be subject to towing, and a fine may be incurred.

Cigarette smoking and vaping are allowed on the premises but are strictly prohibited inside the Barns, Guest House, and Gentlemen’s Lounge. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for your convenience.

We strictly enforce a no outside alcohol policy. No alcohol that is not provided and served by the licensed bar tender at your event is allowed on the property at any time. Drinking in the parking lot is not allowed.

Other Timber Rose Policies and Clean-Up

To maintain the beauty and integrity of Timber Rose, we kindly ask that all guests and couples adhere to the following policies:

• Prohibited Items: The use of rice, confetti, glitter, large fireworks, and silly string is prohibited on the grounds. However, bubbles, flower pedals, and bird seed are allowed.
• Clean-Up: After your event, the property must be free of debris and decorations. While we will dispose of garbage, it must be placed in the bins provided.
• Photography Usage: Our photographer reserves the right to capture moments from your event for use on our social media sites, advertising, or website.

These policies help us ensure a clean, safe, and beautiful space for every couple to enjoy.
