To ensure the safety of all guests and preserve the beauty of the venue, candles are not allowed in the barn areas. However, catering staff may use candle food warmers as needed for serving your meal.
Yes, At Timber Rose, we offer dedicated accommodations to provide both the bride and groom with comfortable and private spaces to prepare for their special day.
Cigarette smoking and vaping are allowed on the premises; however, they are strictly prohibited inside the Barns, Guest House, and Gentlemen’s Lounge. For your convenience, designated outdoor smoking areas are available
At Timber Rose, we encourage you to put your personal signature on your special day! Feel free to bring in decorative elements that reflect your unique style, as long as they do not require pinning, stapling, taping, or nailing to any surface inside or outside the barns or pavilion.
Yes, we provide indoor restroom facilities for our guests, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your celebration.
Yes, at Timber Rose, we welcome you to personalize your event by arranging for your own vendors and licensed catering services. For added convenience, caterers are provided with a staging area within the barn to ensure seamless service throughout your celebration.
At Timber Rose, self-catering is not authorized. We require a licensed catering service for all events to ensure food safety and quality for you and your guests.
At Timber Rose, we understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your event for any reason, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on the timing of your cancellation. This policy allows us to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all bookings.
A $500 security deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking. By reserving your event, you agree to cover any damages to the barns, guest house, pavilion or property that may occur during your rental period.
After your event, a walk-through of the property will be conducted. If no damages are found, your $500 security deposit will be refunded within 30 days. This policy ensures the venue remains in excellent condition for all our couples and their guests.
At Timber Rose, we want your dining experience to be seamless and enjoyable. Please note that all food must be kept hot or cold by your caterer, from truck to table. Most caterers are well equipped to handle outdoor venues, ensuring your meals are served perfectly.

At Timber Rose, we provide high-quality tablecloths to suit your event’s style:

Timber Rose does not hold a liquor license. Alcohol is allowed, however, only alcohol provided and served by the licensed bartender at your event is permitted on the property. This policy helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone attending your celebration.
Yes, your pet is welcome to join in the celebration as part of your ceremony and reception. However, please note that pets are not allowed inside the Guest House or Gentlemen’s Lounge.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all music end by 11:30 p.m. and that the event concludes by midnight. This timing allows for a memorable celebration while respecting the tranquility of our surroundings.
At Timber Rose, our barn and pavilion do not provide heat or air conditioning. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather on your special day to ensure you and your guests are comfortable throughout the celebration.
